MEMORANDUM ORDER. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 19 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Motion to Strike (Doc. 28 ) is DENIED as moot. Count I of the Amended Complaint, asserting a federal cause of action under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. Counts II through V of the Amended Complaint, asserting state law causes of action, are hereby DISMISSED without prejudice to Plaintiff reasserting these claims in state court.
