Eddy and Plaintiffs are jointly responsible for Defendant's fees, costs and expenses associated with Defendant's Notice at ECF #45 . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, due to Plaintiffs' continued non-compliance with the Court's order, ECF 35 , that if Plaintiffs do not serve written responses to the discovery requests on file at ECF [31-2], which are Defendant's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production served 10/26/18, by 5:00 p.m. on February 6, 2019, then Attorney John W.
