The records department of the Allegheny County Jail confirmed by telephone that Plaintiff was released on his own from the Allegheny County Jail on August 3, 2018 at 7:30pm and no forwarding address was provided by Plaintiff. Plaintiff has not provided the Court with his change of address. Because the Court and the parties are unable to serve pleadings, orders, and other documents upon Plaintiff, this case is forthwith administratively CLOSED. Should Plaintiff file a Notice of Change of Address with the Court on or before September 12, 2018, the case will be reopened. If Plaintiff does not file a Notice of Change of Address on or before September 12, 2018, the undersigned will recommend that this action be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
