Fletcher, the Law Office of Kyle Fletcher, P.C., and Kaufhold & Dix as parties; DENIED as to Thomas Frost and Thomas Frost, P.A.; GRANTED as to Counts II and VII of the Amended Complaint; and DENIED as to Counts IV, V, VI, VIII and IX such that those Counts remain against Thomas Frost and Thomas Frost, P.A.
