ORDER. The Plaintiff, who is a prisoner in the California penal system, has filed this action and seeks in forma pauperis status. His papers of record are incomplete as to that status, namely he has failed to complete the required "prisoner's certificate". ECF No. 1 at 4. Further, it appears of record that similar proceedings filed by this Plaintiff in the District of Massachusetts have confirmed that the Plaintiff has repeatedly filed frivolous civil actions in which he has sought and received in forma pauperis status, and that he has done so on more than three occasions previously, which means that under the "three strikes" provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), he may only do so now if he is under an "imminent danger of serious physical injury". There are no such allegations in the papers filed here. See Alford v. Steven, Civ. 18-12395-FDS, at document 4 (Order of Nov. 28, 2018)(D. Mass.)(Saylor, J.). Therefore, in forma pauperis status is hereby denied. This action will be dismissed without prejudice to its being refiled with the payment of the required civil filing fee as ordinarily obtains in this Court. Signed by Chief Judge Mark R.
