ORDER OF COURT. #3 Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs is DENIED. In light of Plaintiff's financial situation, and pursuant to the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. 1915, Plaintiff will not be required to pay the entire filing fee, but only a portion of the fee in the amount of $250.00. See generally Bullock v. Sumoela, 710 F.2d 103, 103 (3d Cir. 1983). Plaintiff is directed to submit a check or money order to the Clerk of Court in the amount of $250.00 no later than April 18, 2019.
