In light of Petitioner's Motion for Leave to Amend and Supplement his Brief in Support of his 2255 Motion in the related case, Criminal Action No. 13-58, IT IS ORDERED that this case shall be STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED for 90 days, until 5/28/19, or until Petitioner files his Supplement, whichever is SOONER. Administrative closings are a familiar way in which courts remove cases from their active files without final adjudication. Administrative closure is a docket control device used by the Court for statistical purposes, and it does not prejudice the rights of the parties in any manner. The STAY shall automatically be LIFTED on 5/28/19, or on the date that Petitioner files his Supplement, whichever is SOONER. Additionally, any party may restore this action to the Court's active calendar upon application or by motion prior to that date. When the case is reopened, the Court shall issue a Response Order to Petitioner's Motion, regardless of whether a Supplement has been filed.
