Filing 7 ORDER And Now this 11th day of June 2019, at the time for hearing on the Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 2), counsel have appeared and advised that, with the consent of their respective clients, they have arrived at terms for resolution of the Plaintiff's motion. Those terms, which have been agreed upon between the parties and which are hereby adopted as a court order, are set forth as follows: 1. Ms. Andrews will remain in her present housing status pending clearance by medical and psychiatric physicians for movement to a different housing arrangement. 2.Upon medical clearance and psychiatric clearance, Ms. Andrews will be moved to an appropriate housing situation, which is anticipated to be at 5-MD.3. At the time for Ms. Andrews's release from her present housing status, upon medical and psychiatric clearance, any remaining RHU time for prior disciplinary action will be deferred. It has been agreed that any remaining RHU time will not be reinstated, absent agreement of the parties or further order of court. 4. It is understood that Ms. Andrews will remain appropriately accountable for any intervening disciplinary infractions during her remaining time at the Allegheny County Jail. The parties have agreed that if there is any need for further disciplinary action in regards to such subsequent conduct, absent emergency circumstances, the Defendants will provide notice to Plaintiff's counsel twenty-four hours in advance of implementation of any disciplinary action that will impact her housing circumstances. 5. The parties have agreed that defense will provide records, as requested by Plaintiff's counsel, within 24 hours of request. It is further agreed that in the event defense counsel does not yet have the requested records in hand, he will request the appropriate records and provide delivery of those records to Plaintiff's counsel within 24 hours of their receipt. 6. There has been no agreement reached relative to attorney's fees in this matter, and there has been no agreement relative to the request of attorney's fees in this matter.Signed by Judge Marilyn J.
