ORDER Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Marshal Service as attached to his Civil Complaint against Defendant, the United States of America. (ECF No. 1). The Court is only required to order service by the United States Marshal if the plaintiff is authorized to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) under 28 U.S.C. 1915 or as a seaman under 28 U.S.C. 1916. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3). A review of the docket indicates that Plaintiff paid the filing fee and is not proceeding under IFP status. Therefore, upon consideration of Plaintiffs Motion for Marshal Service, said Motion is denied. Plaintiff shall serve the Complaint by the means provided for in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.Signed by Judge Marilyn J. Horan on 9/9/2019. (bjl)
