Filing 2 ORDER that the Plaintiff submit a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, along with a certified copy of the inmate account statement for the six (6) months preceding the filing of the complaint or pay the $400.00 filing fee no later than April 29, 2020. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that should Plaintiff fail to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, along with a certified copy of the inmate account statement for the six (6) months preceding the filing of the complaint or to pay the $400.00 filing fee, the Court will enter a recommendation to a District Judge that this case be closed. AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are allowed fourteen (14) days from this date to appeal this order to a district judge pursuant to Local Rule 72.C.2.
