ORDER that upon consideration of the above-captioned matter and a number of additional actions removed to this Court on 10/5/20 by Defendant Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, listed in Exhibit A attached hereto, all of which involve similar claims brought by individual plaintiffs under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the parties being represented by the same counsel in said actions, the Court finds that consolidation of such matters would promote the convenience of the parties or witnesses or the just and efficient conduct of the actions, see W.D. Pa., LCvR 46.E.2. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that for good cause shown, the deadline for completion of ADR in these consolidated actions shall be extended to February 1, 2021. Lead counsel Lauren Burnette, Esq. shall file a Notice of ADR setting forth the date, time and place of the ADR session by 10/2320.
