ORDER GRANTING AS MODIFIED BY THE COURT #23 Motion to Expedite. The Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 1. Defendant shall within 10 days of this Order, provide full and complete responses to Plaintiff's First set of Discovery Requests Regarding Removal Jurisdiction, in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Order; and, 2. Within 14 days of receiving the above responses, Plaintiffs shall be allowed to take the deposition (limited to 2 hours in duration) of the person signing the certified mail receipt, who Defendant shall produce by video conference or in some other form mutually-agreed upon by counsel. 3. This Order is without prejudice to either party requesting leave to take additional expediated discovery as the circumstances warrant. 4. Counsel shall file a Notice on or before November 16, 2020 as to the scheduling of the above, and then a Notice on or before December 11, 2020 that such has been completed.
