Within 14 days of receiving the above responses, Plaintiffs shall be allowed to take the deposition (limited to 2 hours in duration) of the person signing the certified mail receipt, who Defendant shall produce by video conference or in some other form mutually-agreed upon by counsel. 3. This Order is without prejudice to either party requesting leave to take additional expediated discovery as the circumstances warrant. 4.
