ORDER - indicating that for the reasons stated within, there are a number of problems with Plaintiff's claims which would require the Court to recommend that the complaint be dismissed preservice for failure to state a claim. If Plaintiff desires to voluntarily dismiss the case, he may file the attached Notification of Withdrawal of Action and the Court will dismiss the case and not assess the $350.00 filing fee. The Notice of Withdrawal should be filed by 11/25/2020. In the alternative, Plaintiff may attempt to cure these deficiencies by filing an Amended Complaint by 11/25/2020.
