Filing 8 SECOND DEFICIENCY ORDER: In light of the deficiencies noted on the attached Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter remains ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED. Plaintiff may reopen this case by curing the noted deficiencies. Failure to cure the deficiencies by February 15, 2021 will result in the dismissal of the Complaint for failure to prosecute. Filing 4 DEFICIENCY ORDER: Plaintiff is directed to submit the following documents to the Clerk of Court no later than January 5, 2021: a sufficient number of copies of his Prisoner Civil Rights Complaint to serve each Defendant, completed USM-285 Process Receipt and Return forms and Notice and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons forms for each Defendant, and a completed authorization form. The Clerk shall provide Plaintiff copies of each required blank form. Further, as a result of the identified deficiencies, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court mark this CASE ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED. Plaintiff may reopen this case by satisfying the filing deficiencies identified in the Order.
