I did file an unredacted and redacted version of my Complaint to initiate the case in Allegheny County Court. After the initiation, I only used the redacted version. During the hearing this morning, my understanding is that the Court wanted me to put my full name on the Caption abandoning the redacted version entirely. If this is not the case, I misunderstood the Court's request. I did remand the case using the redacted Complaint only. Do I have to file a motion to seek miscellaneous relief to file the unredacted version off CM/ECF (i.e. via mail, fax, or email) or can I simply make the request informally here?
