| Filing 12 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Nora Barry Fischer: Telephonic Initial Case Management Conference held on 2/17/2021. The Court held a telephone case management conference during which the parties advised the Court regarding the status of the case, their proposed discovery plan, and alternative dispute resolution options. As to discovery, the Court ordered that fact discovery will close by 8/30/21. The parties requested no significant deviations from the Courts standard Case Management Order. The parties advised that initial disclosures will be exchanged by 2/26/21. They also were in agreement of the need to take less than ten depositions. To the extent that an extension of the period for discovery is sought, the parties were directed to file a motion in accordance with the Courts Case Management Order. With respect to ADR, the Court referred the matter to Mediation with Linda Meyer, Esq. to be completed by 9/30/21. The parties have reported that the Mediation is scheduled for 5/4/21. Jessica Lucas, Esq. was appointed lead counsel and shall file a notice with the Court advising of any changes to the date, time and location of the ADR session as well as the principals from each party who will be in attendance at the ADR session. The Court granted an unopposed oral motion from defense counsel to redact personal identifying information in the Complaint, which was removed from the Court of Common Pleas. The Court further ordered that the Clerk of Court remove the Complaint from public view and directed Plaintiff to file a redacted complaint in full compliance with Local Rule 5.2.D.5. The Court will order that a redacted complaint be filed by 2/24/21. Appropriate Orders follow. (cjo) |
