Plaintiff states that he has $534 in his inmate account at the Lawrence County Jail but that the inmate account officer at the jail will not give him a copy of his account statement. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the inmate account officer of Lawrence County Jail is instructed to either furnish Plaintiff or to furnish this Court with a copy of Plaintiff's inmate account statement showing Plaintiff's current balance and all transactions since June 2020, and they should do so no later than February 26, 2021. If sending directly to the Court, the inmate account officer should clearly mark the account statement with the instant case number (2:21-cv-117). If furnishing directing to Plaintiff then Plaintiff is instructed to also write his case number on the statement and mail it to this Court as soon as possible. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the inmate account officer at the Lawrence County Jail, 111 S. Milton Street, New Castle, PA, 16101.
