ORDER DENYING #3 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Documents Under Seal, without prejudice. Plaintiff has not provided the Court with unredacted copies of the documents it is requesting to have sealed so that the Court can evaluate the request for sealing. Plaintiff also has not obtained Defendant's position on the proposed motion to seal prior to filing the motion. Finally, based on the limited information provided to the Court, it appears that Plaintiff has not made sufficient specific showings under Avandia that would permit this Court to make a determination as to whether any, part, or all of the documents should be sealed. Accordingly, Plaintiff may renew its motion to seal after conferring with Defendant regarding its position on sealing, providing unredacted copies of the documents to chambers by email at Wiegand_Chambers@pawd.uscourts.gov, and providing specific examples and articulated reasoning in support of any request to seal portion(s) or all of specific documents.
