January 11, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 64 ORDER. On 6/17/2021, this Court held an initial case management conference and issued a case management order. See ECF Nos. 19-20. Following that conference, the parties entered into a stipulated protective order, and engaged in litigation over the joinder of parties, amendment of the case caption, and amendment of the complaint. On 8/26/2021, the Court issued #39 an Order granting Plaintiff leave to amend the Complaint. Plaintiff filed #40 an Amended Complaint on 8/30/2021, which no longer named the original defendant and named several new defendants who needed to be served. In light of the Amended Complaint, the Court terminated the remaining case management deadlines set forth in #20 Case Management Order. See ECF No. 49. On 10/5/2021, Defendants answered the Amended Complaint, and Defendant MAVERICK TUBE CORPORATION filed a counterclaim. See ECF No. 50. On 10/25/2021, Plaintiff moved to dismiss the counterclaim. See ECF No. 51. On 11/22/2021, Defendant MAVERICK TUBE CORPORATION filed #55 an amended counterclaim, which Plaintiff moved to dismiss via #59 on 12/20/2021. On 1/10/2022, Defendant MAVERICK TUBE CORPORATION voluntarily dismissed its Amended Counterclaim. See ECF No. 62. Based on the Court's review of the docket, the parties are now ready to complete the remainder of their discovery obligations. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall complete their discovery obligations as follows: (1) If not already completed, initial disclosures shall be exchanged on or before 1/25/2022. (2) The parties have previously litigated the joinder of parties & amendment of pleadings, so no further time should be required for those tasks. (3) The parties did not previously complete their scheduled mediation. Therefore, on or before 1/18/2022, parties shall submit a completed ADR stipulation setting forth a date certain for mediation, with mediation to be completed on or before 3/11/2022. (4) Fact discovery must be completed on or before 5/11/2022. (5) A telephonic Post-Fact Discovery Status Conference will occur on 5/18/2022 at 9:00 AM, using the dial-in information at ECF No. 5. (6) Confidential position letters are due on or before 5/13/2022.
