ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. On or before 6/14/21, Plaintiff is ordered to show good cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Defendant filed a notice of removal on 4/29/21. The next day, the clerk's office sent Plaintiff's counsel a letter regarding admission to practice in this District to his address listed in the Amended Complaint (Ex. A, Doc. 1-1). In order to represent Plaintiff in this case, Plaintiff's counsel will likely have to move for pro hac vice admission, and in so doing, must first register as a user of ECF in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
