ORDER: Upon consideration of the Plaintiff's #6 Motion for Alternate Service, and the record in this case, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's #6 Motion for Alternate Service is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff may serve the Summons and Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure upon the Defendant, All Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Paul H. Fay, Deceased, by taking all of the following three actions: (1) publishing a notice of this lawsuit once in a newspaper of general circulation in Butler County, Pennsylvania; (2) publishing a notice of this lawsuit once in the Butler County Legal Journal; and (3) mailing a true and correct copy of the Summons and Complaint by certified mail and regular mail to 190 Horne Avenue, Saxonburg, PA 16056, service complete upon mailing, even if returned by the Post Office as unclaimed or otherwise.
