ORDER FOR STATISTICAL CLOSING. Because Hoye has not completed the exhaustion of his state court remedies, this case will be administratively closed until such time as Hoye as properly exhausted his available state court remedies and satisfaction of any other applicable procedural prerequisites. Rose v. Lundy, 455 U.S. 509 (1982). Hoye shall notify the Court of the disposition of the state court proceedings within thirty (30) days of the final disposition.
