ORDER GRANTING #13 STIPULATION AND ORDER TO STAY indicating that: 1. Each of the Individual Actions (C.A. Nos. 21-781, 21-793, 21-790, 21-796 and 21-1890) are hereby stayed through the earlier of (1) a decision on any motion for summary judgment in the Putative Securities Class Action (C.A. No. 19-754) (or, if no such motion is filed, the deadline for the filing of summary judgment motions), or (2) any of the Parties to this Stipulation has given notice that they no longer consent to the voluntary stay of the Individual Actions. 2. Within 10 days after the earlier of (1) a decision on any motion for summary judgment in the Putative Securities Class Action (or, if no such motion is filed, the deadline for the filing of summary judgment motions), or (2) either of the Parties to this Stipulation having given notice that they no longer consent to the voluntary stay of the Individual Actions, the Parties shall meet and confer and submit a proposed scheduling order governing further proceedings in this action. 3. For the avoidance of doubt, Defendants' obligation to answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise respond to the complaints filed in each of the Individual Actions is stayed pursuant to this Stipulation and Order, and the Parties shall address Defendants' response deadline in the proposed scheduling order contemplated in Paragraph 2, above.
