Filing 6 TEXT ORDER re #5 - Plaintiff's request to pay the filing fee by way of a promissory note is DENIED. This case shall remain administratively closed until Plaintiff either (1) tenders to the "Clerk, U.S. District Court" the fee of $402.00 (statutory filing fee of $350.00, plus a $52.00 administrative fee) or (2) submits a properly completed application to proceed in forma pauperis, including "an affidavit that includes a statement of all assets such prisoner possesses that the person is unable to pay such fees or give security therefor." 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1). Plaintiff is reminded that if it is determined he has "three strikes," the motion for in forma pauperis may be denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).
