The court requested that Ms. French-Hodson act as a liaison between this MDL and MDL 3014 (Philips). As fully set forth on the record, the court ordered the parties to meet and confer re: the selection of special masters and mediator(s). Also as fully set forth on the record, the court ordered the parties to be prepared to address certain matters at the next conference.
