For service, if he has not already done so, Plaintiff must provide a copy of his complaint for each defendant. He must also provide a Marshal 285 Form and a Waiver of Service Form completed for each Defendant. In addition, prior to service, the complaint in this matter must be screened pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act. If it passes screening, it will be sent to the U.S. Marshal for service.
