March 11, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER denying #3 Motion for Appeal Forms. Plaintiff sent a letter to the Court that is difficult to decipher but it appears that he is asking the Court to provide him with forms to file an appeal. First of all, it is not proper to write letters to the Court. If Plaintiff needs something on his case, he should file a Motion. Future letters will be returned to Plaintiff. However, in an effort to assist, Plaintiff is advised that when filing a Complaint in federal court, he must either pay the $402 filing fee or, if unable to do so, submit a motion to proceed in forma pauperis together with an inmate account statement for the six months preceding the filing of the complaint. This motion is contained within the pro se packet. The Clerk of Court is Ordered to provide Mr. Flaherty with a Pro Se Packet. Plaintiff is further advised that, per the Order of 2/28/22, he may reopen this case simply by filing that motion with an inmate account statement. The Clerk is further ordered to provide Plaintiff with a copy of the docket sheet. This Court does not provide appeal forms. Signed by Magistrate Judge Lisa Pupo Lenihan on 3/11/22.
