ORDER striking #7 Stipulation selecting ADR process, for non-compliance with the Local Rules. As required by the local rules, the parties must attend the ADR session in-person (or virtually if allowed by the evaluator). See Local ADR Policies and Procedures Rule 2.7. While the parties may submit written statements ahead of the ENE (see Local ADR Rule 4.8), and while the parties may agree to receive the evaluation in writing (see Local ADR Rule 4.9), that does not permit the parties to forgo actually attending and participating in an ENE session. Therefore, it is ORDERED that counsel shall review the Local ADR Rules, and submit an amended ADR Stipulation by 4/15/2022. The Amended ADR stipulation shall include a date/time for the in-person session, and the party representatives with full settlement authority who will attend the session. The Court notes that Defendant's listed representative in the stricken stipulation has the title of "Paralegal," and thus, seemingly would not have the requisite settlement authority.
