Filing 2 ORDER. As set forth more fully this order, (1) this habeas case is CLOSED because it is duplicative of Petitioner's habeas case at 2:19-cv-1389; (2) the motion to reopen Petitioner's habeas case at 2:19-cv-1389 is DENIED because he is still litigating challenges to his state convictions in a PCRA proceeding; (3) the 52 motion for "a copy of his petition so he can amend it" that Petitioner filed in his habeas case at 2:19-cv-1389 is GRANTED only to the extent that the Court will attach to this order courtesy copies of the 36 First Amended Petition he filed in his habeas case at 2:19-cv-1389 and the recently-submitted petition that was docketed in this case (2:22-cv-974); and (4) if Petitioner wants to file a second amended petition in his habeas case at 2:19-cv-1389, he must file a motion seeking leave to do so by September 22, 2022.
