Filing 7 ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiffs Motion requesting an extension of the deadlines set forth at #4 , it is hereby ORDERED that the request is granted and Plaintiff shall either file: (1) an amended complaint more clearly identifying the relief sought by Plaintiff and the facts that support such relief; or (2) a memorandum showing cause as to why the current complaint should not be dismissed. The same shall be filed by September 6, 2022. Failure to file the same will result in dismissal of this matter for the reasons stated in the order at #4 . Plaintiff is hereby directed that sending correspondence directly to the undersigned whether via fax or mail is improper, and future such communications will be disregarded. Filing 3 ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #1 , it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is granted. Plaintiffs Complaint will be docketed. For the reasons discussed in the Courts Memorandum Order of the same date, the Court will not direct service at this time. If this matter is not dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2) as discussed in the Courts Memorandum Order, the Court notes that, though Plaintiff will not be responsible for prepayment of the filing fee, Plaintiff shall, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), still be required to pay the full amount of the requisite $402.00 filing fee. Should this action move forward following the Courts consideration of any submission by Plaintiff consistent with the Courts Memorandum Order, the Court will direct service of the Complaint, and will further require Plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee and further direct the payment of monthly installments thereafter.
