Attorney Kaminski has submitted a certificate of good standing from the United States District Court for the Central District of California, yet has not identified that court in his affidavit, which states only that Attorney Kaminski is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California. Accordingly, Attorney Kaminski shall refile his motion, accurately listing all of the courts of which he is a member in good standing, on or before 11/18/2022. Consistent with the Clerk's Office's reminders, Attorney Kaminski must attach both a certificate of good standing and a proposed order to the renewed motion. In addition, the Court notes that under Local Civil Rule 83.2(B), the certificate of good standing must be "from the bar or the court in which the affiant primarily practices" and thus that a certificate of good standing from the District Court for the Central District of California complies with the rule only if that is the court in which Attorney Kaminski primarily practices.
