ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to prosecute insofar as Plaintiff has failed to comply with this Court's Order dated August 30, 2022, at ECF No. #4 . That Order directed Plaintiff to complete and return the Authorization Form within ten days and to pay an initial partial filing fee of $24.85 within thirty days. As of today, the Court has received neither Plaintiff's Authorization Form nor his initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff shall be given one last opportunity to comply with the Court's Order. He shall return the Authorization Form and pay the initial partial filing fee by November 4, 2022, or he should otherwise show cause why this case should not be dismissed for his failure to do so. If Plaintiff fails to do either of those things then the undersigned will recommend that this case be dismissed for his failure to prosecute.
