ORDER. In light of Plaintiffs' in forma pauperis status, they are entitled to have the U.S. Marshal serve the Defendants. In order to effectuate such service, Plaintiffs must return the proper forms to the Clerk of Court. By 2/10/2023, Plaintiffs shall submit to the Clerk of Court: a U.S. Marshal Form 285 for each Defendant; a notice and waiver of summons for each Defendant; and a copy of the Complaint for each Defendant, to the Clerk of Court. Plaintiffs' failure to timely comply with this Order, or to independently effectuate service on their own behalf, may result in a dismissal of this case for failure to prosecute.
