TEXT ORDER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSING. Plaintiff has submitted an "Informal Notice of Intent to be Paroled Immediately," ECF #1 , and an "Informal Notice of Intent to be Exempt from Solitary Confinement." ECF #10 . The caption of both documents contains a citation to "UCC 1-308." Plaintiff's submissions are not in compliance with Local Rule 10, which states that all pro se civil rights actions shall be submitted on the Court approved complaint form supplied by the Clerk of Court. Plaintiff's submissions are neither on the Court approved complaint form nor do the submissions substantailly follow that form. Therefore, it is ORDERED that this case is administratively closed until such time as Plaintiff submits his claims on the Court approved form.
