ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall terminate as a respondent the Attorney General of the State of Pennsylvania because she is not proper respondent in this habeas action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States Marshal shall make service of this Order, together with a copy of the Petition (ECF 3) upon the Respondents: (1) L. Estock, the Superintendent of SCI Pine Grove; and (2) the District Attorney of Indiana County. Service shall be by certified mail. Costs to be advanced by the United States of America.
