ORDER granting in part and denying in part #9 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney: Upon consideration of the Motion for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel #9 filed by J.P. Ward & Associates, LLC and Joshua P. Ward, Esq., it is hereby ordered that the Motion is granted, in part, and denied without prejudice, in part. This action and all outstanding deadlines are stayed for a period of ninety(90) days from today's date while Plaintiff attempts to secure replacement counsel. In light of the same, Plaintiff's response to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss #7 is due by 8/14/23. It is further ordered that the Motion for Leave to Withdraw is denied, without prejudice, as to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
