Plaintiff, however, filed an (ECF No. #7 ) Amended Complaint with thirteen named Defendants and two John Does shortly before the service order was entered. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the (ECF No. #8 ) Order directing the U.S. Marshal to serve this lawsuit entered May 16, 2023, is VACATED.
