ORDER. Plaintiff ASHLEIGH M. TAYLOR, who is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, has provided the Court with five CD-ROMs as part of her Amended Complaint, which she titled "Hurt," "May 2, 2022 TSH Hurt Bottom," "M.H. Abuse," "TSH uses ASL," and "Victim of Assult [sic] November 29, 2022." In order for the Court to effectuate service on defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(d), Ms. TAYLOR must provide two identical sets of these five CD-ROMs to the Court to be served on defendants. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Ms. TAYLOR shall provide two sets of five CD-ROMs, identical in all aspects including their title and contents, to the Court on or before 6/27/2023. As set forth in Rule 5.2(g), a party can file a reference list to accompany filings that contain redacted information. The reference list "identifies each item of redacted information and specifies an appropriate identifier that uniquely corresponds to each item listed" and "must be filed under seal." Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(g). Here, by order of Court, Ms. TAYLOR was instructed to redact information containing personal identifiers of a minor child pursuant to Rule 5.2 and LCvR 5.2.G. Accordingly, the Court will permit her to file a reference list under seal in accordance with Rule 5.2(g). ORDER. Plaintiff ASHLEIGH M. TAYLOR has provided documents to the Court. However, in certain documents, she has failed to comply with the redaction requirements set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2, including redacting a minor's name. Per LCvR 5.2.G, "[t]he responsibility for redacting these personal identifiers rests solely with counsel and the parties. The Clerk of Court will not review each document for compliance with this rule." Said responsibility "rests solely" with Ms. TAYLOR here because she is proceeding pro se and is the filer of these documents. ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff ASHLEIGH M. TAYLOR's #3 Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). Ms. TAYLOR may file an Amended Complaint on or before 5/23/2023 to address the deficiencies as more fully stated in said order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the #5 Service Order issued prior to this Order is HEREBY VACATED. When filing her Amended Complaint, Ms. TAYLOR must complete and provide the Court with a U.S. Marshal 285 form, a Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Summons form (AO 398), and a Waiver of the Service of Summons form (AO 399) for each defendant named in all documents.
