TEXT ORDER - Almost daily since initiating this case on 9/13/2023, Plaintiff has filed multiple motions and various documents, some which appear to relate to this case, others which do not. In essence, Plaintiff's filings are unmanageable. With these filings, he is requiring the Court to sort through and try to determine if the filing relates to a current claim or if he is attempting to bring a new claim. The Court is not in a position to make such a determination without assuming the risk of either ignoring relevant information and/or considering irrelevant material. To the extent Plaintiff desires to raise claims that are not related to the claims he has brought in this lawsuit against Defendant Johnson & Johnson, he should file new lawsuits along with separate motions to proceed in forma pauperis.
