Ms. Calloway's Motion was also incomplete insofar as it did not provide a dollar amount in response to certain questions and the boxes at the end of the form are unchecked. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the #1 Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis is DENIED without prejudice. Ms. Calloway shall file a renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the applicable filing fee on or before 10/16/2023.
