ORDER. On November 17, 2023, the Court conducted a telephonic status conference with the parties to discuss the procedural posture of the case given its remand from the multi-district litigation in the Eastern District of Louisiana. During the conference the parties represented, and the Court recognizes, that there are approximately 6 total civil actions pending in this District following remand. The parties expressed a desire to coordinate the pre-trial proceedings of some or all of those civil actions. Counsel for Defendants, DLA Piper, represented that they were involved in all of the cases that were remanded to this District. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that counsel for Defendants shall confer with counsel for Ms. Ietto, and all other plaintiffs' counsel in any action remanded to this District from the Eastern District of Louisiana regarding whether it would be appropriate to coordinate the pre-trial proceedings of the cases. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before 12/1/2023, counsel for Defendants shall file an appropriate motion regarding coordination in the civil action the parties deem most appropriate, and shall file a notice of such motion in all other civil actions pending in this District.
