ORDER APPROVING #7 Stipulation. Said Stipulation is hereby APRROVED as follows: 1. Mr. Protin filed this lawsuit on November 16, 2023. 2. The complaint contains two counts: Count I is filed pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (28 U.S.C. 621-634); and Count II is filed pursuant to the Pennsylvania Human Rights Act (43 P.S. 955). See Doc. no. 1. 3. GPI has asserted that Count II (the PHRA claim) is not ripe because a year has not elapsed since Mr. Protin filed his charge with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. 4. To avoid a motion to dismiss regarding the issue, the parties hereby agree that Count II of the Complaint is withdrawn, without prejudice, so that the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission has one year from the date of the charge to investigate the matter. 5.
