Upon consideration of the (ECF No. #8 ) Joint Motion Regarding Extension of Time to Respond to the Complaint, it is hereby ORDERED that said Joint Motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that counsel for the Defendants has accepted service of the Complaint on behalf of the Individual Defendants, without prejudice and without waiver of any of the Individual Defendants' defenses, objections or arguments, except as to sufficiency of service of process. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Parties shall strictly comply with the requirements of 15 U.S.C. 78u-4 in every regard, and specifically for the appointment of lead plaintiff ( 78u-4(a)(3)) and selection of lead counsel ( 78u-4(a)(3)(B)(v)). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint, is DEFERRED until this Court rules upon any motion made by a purported class member to serve as lead plaintiff of the purported class. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within fourteen (14) days of the entry of an order appointing lead plaintiff and lead counsel, lead counsel and counsel for Defendants shall submit to the Court a proposed schedule for filing an amended and/or consolidated complaint or designating the operative complaint, Defendants response to the same (including any motion(s) to dismiss), and all associated briefing.
