Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that counsel for the Defendants has accepted service of the Complaint on behalf of the Individual Defendants, without prejudice and without waiver of any of the Individual Defendants' defenses, objections or arguments, except as to sufficiency of service of process.
