Defendant shall file an itemization of such fees and costs on or before 4/27/2009. Plaintiff shall file a response to Defendant's itemization on or before 5/11/2009. Upon receipt and consideration of these filings, the Court shall issue a final Order regarding the payment of fees and costs, and as more fully stated in Opinion and Order of Court.
