June 2, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 91 OPINION and ORDER - in accordance with the forgoing Opinion, it is hereby ORDERED that the Court finds that all Defendants are jointly and severally liable to Plaintiff for $18,000.00 of damages under the UTPCPL, and $5,595.00 under the U.C .C.; and it is further ORDERED that the Court finds for the Defendants against the Plaintiff on the cause of action for common law breach of contract. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against all Defendan ts, jointly and severally, on the UTPCPL claim in the amount of $18,000.00 and on the U.C.C. claim in the amount of $5,595.00; and that judgment be entered in favor of all Defendants and against Plaintiff on the common law breach of contract claim, and as more fully stated in said Opinion and Order.
