Filing 37 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Defendant's motion (ECF No. 20 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, the motion is GRANTED with respect to Counts 3 and 4, which are hereby DISMISSED. But Defendants' motion is DENIED with r espect to Count 2. Lisa Becker is granted leave to amend her complaint with respect to her negligence and invasion of privacy claims against Debt Recovery Solutions. If she chooses to do so, she shall file a second amended complaint on or before Jun e 16, 2017. Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc. is hereby terminated as a Defendant. A telephonic status conference is scheduled for June 21, 2017, at 1:30 p.m., to determine whether it will be necessary to adjust the discovery deadlines contained in the Court's initial scheduling order dated January 6, 2017 (ECF No. 24 ), and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion and Order.
