Filing 36 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 30 Motion to Amend/Correct. Plaintiff shall have 21 days (until January 25, 2018) to file a First Amended Complaint. Defendant shall have 21 days after receipt of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint to fi le a responsive pleading. The parties shall have 21 days (until January 25, 2018) to file an Amended Proposed Initial Scheduling Order. The parties must indicate in the Order that they agree to all the dates contained therein. Additionally, the parti es must state in the Order whether they wish to hold the Post-Discovery Status Conference scheduled for February 12, 2018, or whether they wish to reschedule the conference for a later date.
