(CCS) on all of Plaintiff's claims for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. Summary judgment 28 w ill be granted to Medical Defendant Barnes on all of Plaintiff's claims, with the exception of the deliberate indifference claim, for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. The Motion to Dismiss 28 is DENIED on Plaintiff's deliberat e indifference claim against Medical Defendant Margaret Barnes.
