To the extend Plaintiff's request seeks service of his complaint, said request is DENIED AS MOOT as this Court's Order of September 9, 2020 (ECF No. #6 ) directed that service shall be made by U.S. Marshal when Plaintiff provides copies of the complaint and instructions for service to the Clerk, as more fully set forth in that Order.
