ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States Marshal shall make service of this Order, together with a copy of the Petition, upon the following Respondents: (1) the Warden of Clearfield County Jail, (2) the District Attorney of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, and (3) the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Service shall be by certified mail, with costs to be advanced by the United States. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within twenty-one (21) days of service of this Order, the District Attorney of Clearfield County shall respond to the Petition on behalf of all named Respondents.
